1Match Booking & 10-Minute Hold Policy
To ensure fairness for all team captains in Rangpur, when a customer selects a match date and time slot, the slot is held exclusively for 10 minutes.
If the booking details are not completed and confirmed within 10 minutes, the hold automatically expires and the slot returns to the public booking matrix for other players.
2Advance Deposit & Payment Terms
To lock in a confirmed reservation, a minimum advance deposit of 500 BDT must be sent to bKash number 01334-765310. The remaining match fee balance must be cleared at reception prior to entering the pitch.
3Footwear & Pitch Maintenance Rules
To maintain premium FIFA-standard turf quality and prevent player joint injuries:
- Allowed Footwear: Rubber-soled turf shoes, flat indoor football shoes, or running trainers.
- Prohibited Footwear: Metal studs and long molded studs are strictly prohibited. Players wearing metal studs will not be allowed onto the pitch.
4Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Matches can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled kick-off time by contacting ground support. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the advance deposit.
5Player Conduct & Facility Care
Players are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect facility staff. Any intentional damage to floodlights, goal nets, perimeter fences, or locker key loss will be charged to the team captain.
